These terms are an agreement between you and After Hours Cleaning LLC ("we", "us"), a cleaning company based in Charlotte, North Carolina. By using this website or booking a cleaning, you agree to these terms.

Our services

We provide residential, deep, move-in / move-out, and after-hours commercial cleaning in Charlotte and within 50 miles. Online estimates are estimates; we confirm your scope and final price before cleaning.

Bookings, deposits & rescheduling

A booking request does not hold a date until we confirm it with you. The $50 deposit is part of your total, not an extra fee. Please give 24 hours notice to reschedule by calling or texting (704) 222-8345.

Payments

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, and refund mechanics for online payments are covered by Paddle's Buyer Terms. You may also pay by card over the phone, Zelle, Cash App, or invoice.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse this website, including using it unlawfully, for fraud or spam, to infringe anyone's rights, or to interfere with its security (for example malware, probing, or scraping).

Ownership

This website, our name, logo, photos, and content belong to After Hours Cleaning LLC.

Website availability

We work to keep this website available, but we don't guarantee it will always be uninterrupted or error-free.

Suspension

We may decline or cancel service, or block use of this website, for a serious breach of these terms, non-payment, safety, security or fraud concerns, or repeated violations.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of North Carolina.
