Pricing
Starting at $249. Your final price depends on size and condition — we confirm it with you before we clean. Recurring cleans save 20% weekly, 15% bi-weekly, or 10% monthly. Got a written quote from another local cleaner? We'll beat it by 5%.
Add-ons: inside fridge & oven $35, interior windows $25, laundry $35, organizing $35, dishes $35, accident & mess cleanup from $75.
How booking works
Call or text, or send a request from our estimate. A $50 deposit holds your date and is part of your total, not an extra fee. Need to reschedule? Just give us 24 hours' notice. We can get in by key fob, a deposit box, or with someone at home.
